How programming works
Every dinner has a host who has lived the topic — a Director of Product who actually declined the VP, a Senior Director who actually walked out of the reorg, a VP who actually took the flat year. The host is named eight weeks in advance, the topic is finalized in the same window. We don't run free-form networking.
I.
In-person dinners
14 seats per dinner. Members RSVP from the city closest to them. Conversation runs for 2.5 hours, structured but not scripted. No phones. Recorded with consent and transcribed for the archive.
II.
Virtual panels
60-seat virtual sessions, three panelists, 90 minutes. Open to the full membership. Recorded + transcribed. Members can submit a question from the portal during the panel.
III.
Annual retreat
Two days in the Hudson Valley each July. 80 members. Cohort-curated programming — members propose sessions in May, the founders curate. The retreat is the closest thing to a yearly reunion of the whole society.
